2.) 5×10 Good Mornings with Bar.  AHAP

 

WOD: 21-15-9

Deadlifts (225/155)

Wall Balls (20/16#)

 

Accessory Work:

1×5 Minutes: Banded Marching

3 Sets of 100m Sled. (Forward/Backward 100m each) AHAP
