Congratulations to everyone that Stuck with it, the Nutrition Challenge is finally coming to an end!! (But this is no reason to abandon the awesome habits you have developed during the process). Hopefully everyone that has been fully involved in it is seeing the results that they wanted. (Technically the Challenge ends on Wednesday…..But we are re-testing the Challenge Benchmark WOD Today.)
IMPORTANT…..If you are participating in the Nutrition Challenge you have until Monday the 17th to get all your updated measurements taken by the coaches. We will be re-weighing, measuring, picture taking, and doing Christine. If for some reason you miss Christine Today, please get with one of the Coaches to see about making it up.
We have some awesome prizes lined up for the Winners as well. There will be 4 Different Categories with a First and Second Place Winner for Both Male and Female as well as 1 Other Category with just First Place Male and Female.
All First Place Winners will receive their choice of Reebok CrossFit Footwear and a Bag of Progenex Recovery Protein.
All Second Place Winners will receive a Pair of Reebok Nano 3.0’s.
