Today will be the same as the last 4 Fridays. Open gym with structure. We will be doing 14.5 in all classes today with as many heats as necessary. There will be a warm up posted on the board. Please make sure you are ready to go. This is Open workout number 5, which sadly means this is the last one until next year.
