Also do Not Forget that Saturday is Bring a Friend Day at 10 am….Followed by our 3 year anniversary Pub Run starting at 2:00pm at Poe’s in Atlantic Beach.

Here is the Pub Crawl Itinerary for Saturday.  If you can’t make it out to the start of the run, no need to fret.  Just pay attention to the Members Facebook page and Russ will be sure to update it every time we move bars.  Or just show up according to the timeline.

3-3:50 Flying Iguana
4:15-5:15pm- at Phillys Finest
5:30 -6:45Mellow Mushroom (food stop) 
7pm @ Casa Marina (sunset and drinks) 
Each bar will have a special for us, beer/liquor.

Strength: 15 minutes to a heavy 3 Position Clean + Jerk (Floor/Below Knee/Above Knee)

If you do not know your 1RM Clean and Jerk, use this time to find it.

 

WOD: 14 Minute EMOM

ODD Minutes: 3 Clean + Jerk (any style) at 80% of 1RM

Even Minutes: ME Burpees

*Score is total # of Burpees

**For Rx all Clean and Jerks must be complete and at least 1 Burpee per round
