Programming Note: Due to this being a holiday week and doing the WOD Murph on Monday, we will be changing up how the Hatch Squat cycle a bit. I know that all of you are missing doing your Squats yesterday, but have no fear they will be back. This week on Thursday we will be doing Week 7 Day 2 of the Cycle. Next week on Monday we will be back to squatting with Week 7 Day 1 to be followed with Week 7 Day 2 on Thursday (yes we are doing the same day twice). So everyone rejoice that we are going to get extra squatting in!!
