A new series of Fundamentals Classes starts tonight at 6:30pm. If you need some refreshers on movements feel free to attend these classes. They will be held each week on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30pm for the next 4 weeks. Please ask one of your coaches if you have any questions.
