WOD: Open WOD 13.3

12 Minute AMRAP

150 – Wall Balls (20/16)
90 – DU’s
30 – Muscle Ups

* We are going to run this class Today like we would on a Friday during the Open. (go sign up for the Open: www.games.crossfit.com )
There will be a general warm up on the board. We will Run the first Heat of Athletes through the workout at around 30 minutes into the hour with the second heat following immediately after. We will be having you guys judge each other on complete range of motion and counting. I want you guys to get used to having someone counting your reps and/or “no-repping” you before we get to the real thing in a couple of weeks. It can be nerve racking if you have never experienced it before.
