How do I join ?
We do a free introductory workout. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate you. A typical CrossFit workout would start off with the group warming up together, then mobility and stretching. Followed by a skill and then explanation and the standards of the workout of the day (WOD).
If you have prior injuries that’s ok, we work around them. There is always something that you can do, we just scale or modify the WOD. We have different packages tailored each individual ranging from 2x a week, 3x week to unlimited. Check out our schedule, we have morning classes and evening classes and our facility also has a shower.
