What is massage? What can you accomplish during a massage session?
Massage therapy helps athletes get the most from their training, with the recovery that they need to perform at their best. At its most basic, massage therapy improves blood
circulation to soft tissues in the body. Extra movement of nutrients in the soft tissues of the body can enhance healing processes.
Massage with an experienced, sports specific, and goal-oriented therapist comes with a host of benefits. Massage can be effectively used to improve athletic performance
and aid in injury prevention and recovery. During a massage session you can expect to experience an array of soft tissue techniques customized to suit your individual needs. All
massage sessions are customized to meet specific individual needs.
