(Maintenance) Meals contain 400-500 calories with 4 oz of lean protein, perfect for those looking to maintain an active healthy lifestyle.
The Paleo
(No grains) Meals contain 500 calories, 4-5 oz of lean protein, and no grains, legumes, or dairy to help maintain muscle and burn fat off the body. (Protein Bites & Thai Chicken would not be included)
