CrossFit Total Control is the first and largest strength and conditioning facility in Jacksonville Beach. We develop individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located at 1074 10th Ave South in a 9,000 square foot warehouse gym along with a 15000+ Sqft fenced in yard that is 100% CrossFit. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes and everything in between. We also have a Chiropractor, massage therapist, pilates studio and child care in our building.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills.
At CrossFit we train incredibly hard; harder than most people think they’re capable of. Every day our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked or manufactured. Together we sweat, we bleed, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger… together. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience or fitness level. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
