Don’t Forget: Open WOD 14.2 Comes out Tonight at 8pm. We will have the Projector up in the Gym showing the Live Announcement. Then Stick around and give the WOD a shot if you want first crack at it. We will have judges ready to go as soon as possible, so hopefully we will not run to late. Thursday night is a great time to get in a first attempt in, and be able to repeat on Saturday at CrossFit Duval.
Remember go to southeastfitness.com and sign up for a heat at CrossFit Duval for this Saturday’s Open WOD 14.2. First heat will start at 9am.
Strength/Skill: Mobility/Toes 2 Bar
Take some time to work on Mobility if something is ailing you, especially if you are preparing to do 14.2 Tonight or Tomorrow. Also Toes 2 Bar will almost undoubltedly show up in the Open so take some time to work on them. Your coaches can help you out with these.
