Come join us for a day of Baptiste-inspired Power yoga, CrossFit, food, and shopping! Get your body moving & take your first yoga or CrossFit class (or both!) Have some lunch, support our local businesses, learn about better health practices, and find out ways to jump start your 2017 to make it your best year yet.

Our event this year will have a silent auction, a raffle, local vendors and small business owners, a personal growth workshop led by Dan, as well as two yoga classes, and an Intro to CrossFit class. A light lunch catered by Mambo’s Cuban Cafe will also be included with each General Admission or VIP ticket purchase.

All proceeds will go directly to Warrior Spirit Retreat, a center for healing and a rehabilitation, designed to help wounded warriors and their families heal and regain a sense of purpose back within the community.
